Experiencing and Applying Knowledge of Exercise Physiology

Learning Outcome

The purpose of this laboratory course is to experience basic exercise physiology principles regarding the cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic and skeletal muscle systems.  The labs are designed to give students practice in assessing and thinking critically about the physiology of exercise.
