Techniques of relaxation, breath, focus, and posture to enhance actor's body and voice as a whole integrated tool in performance.
BFA acting or acting pre-major status; or instructor's consent.
Students will develop greater body awareness, breath capacity, flexibility, strength and relaxation through the practice of various Yoga positions.
Students will demonstrate a sense of balance and centering.
Students will demonstrate focused control over mind and body.
