Learning Outcome

Students will demonstrate an understanding of and an ability to perform and apply hands-on laboratory techniques to study nervous system histology, anatomy, pathology, and behavior. Important topics covered include confocal and super resolution microscopy, tissue staining, neurohistology, neuroanatomy, immunhistochemistry, and neuroimaging.
