Learning Outcome
Identify pronunciation and meaning of 300 Hanja Proficiency Test characters, level 8, 7 and 6. Recognize related Sino-Korean vocabulary and four character sayings. Use stroke, radical, and pronunciation methods to look up unknown characters in character dictionaries. Read and translate mixed-script texts into English. Develop effective learning strategies based on characteristics of the six categories of Chinese characters.
