Introduction to academic research in organizational behavior, human resources, leadership, and organization science. Preparation to complete quality peer-reviewed research and enter a PhD program. Core topics include developing research questions, hypothesis development, using the scientific method, performing literature reviews, and theory development. Special topics in management reviewed through in-depth analysis and discussion of peer-reviewed journal articles.
