Learn and apply lifestyle (nutrition/weight control and physical activity) management skills in their personal lives as assessed via LoseIt online logging program.

Demonstrate understanding of current curricular trends specific to healthy lifestyle choices such as the health club model as assessed via written examinations.

Demonstrate understanding and ability to design, implement and manage a healthy and active school environment program as evidenced by completing a group project and presentation.
