Course Outcomes:
Factual
Students will know key people, places, events, contexts, revelations, and doctrine related to the restoration of the gospel.
Conceptual
Students will be able to analyze and evaluate the validity and reliability of historical and doctrinal source material.
Spiritual
Students will learn "by study and also by faith" how to develop greater faith in Jesus Christ, and a testimony of the prophetic calling of Joseph Smith, the restoration of the gospel, and the succession and continuation of prophetic authority.
Application
Students will be able to explain foundational doctrinal developments and historical events of the restoration and their relevance.
