Students will learn to perform essential skills and strategies to recognize vulnerabilities and make a plan to limit vulnerabilities.
Students will demonstrate knowledge of effective responses to limit, defuse, or escape potential assaults by passing a written exam.
Students will learn general principles of fitness and wellbeing that will encourage lifelong wellness and assist in the active pursuit of their best selves.
