Students will improve muscle strength and endurance through weight training exercise designed to improve posture and boost metabolism.
Students will demonstrate an understanding of safe weight training concepts and strategies by passing a written exam.
Students will learn general principles of fitness and wellbeing that will encourage lifelong wellness and assist in the active pursuit of their best selves.
