Course Outcomes: 


Students will learn basic sequencing and alignment and develop yoga knowledge and skills that support and honor their bodies.


Students will demonstrate an understanding of basic yoga principles and practices by passing a written exam.

Students will learn general principles of fitness and wellbeing that will encourage lifelong wellness and assist in the active pursuit of their best selves.
