O4 – Member of a TeamUnderstands, can explain and takes proper actions on contactIn-class quiz on actions on contact as well as tactical operations during weekly labs that will require reacting to direct and indirect enemy contactCadets must score 80% or higher on the quiz and will need to react properly during tactics lab or risk being “shot” by the enemyCadets who fail to achieve the standards will receive one on one training by their Cadets peers and or their Cadet mentors

If they refuse to complete training they will not get full credit for the FTX
