Course Description

Intermediate volleyball skills, rules, and strategies. Skills include floater and top spin serves, forearm passing, setting, back setting, strong side and seak side attacking, blocking serve reception techniques, 6-6 and 6-2 offenses, and 4-2 defensive strategies.
