Demonstrate knowledge and competence in basic principles of speech production, including acoustic and physiological aspects and their measurement.

Explain principles and methods of quantifying a variety of speech disorders, based on a sound grasp of the physiologic basis of normal function, with a goal of documenting treatment outcomes.
