Course Description

The art and science of personal fitness training for healthy adults, utilizing safe and effective techniques to develop and maintain optimal functional fitness (proper posture, balance, joint mobility, and stability), and optimal physical fitness (cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, muscular strength, and power).
