Learn web development model view controller principles, data structures, and libraries. The subject matter of the course is object-oriented development in the Python/Django/PostgreSQL platform.

Be able to identify the problem and solution and then implement a solution using software engineering practices. Learn the standard syntax for Python programs and other development tools.  Demonstrate this knowledge by writing a significant number of programs and websites.
