Visual Literacy
Course Description
Introduction to designerly methods of visual literacy; including how designers think, practice, evaluate, and create persuasive, visual compositions. Manipulating visual elements to a goal. How to break down the persuasive qualities of a visual composition by creating both 2 and 3-dimensional abstract artifacts. Understanding and applying a well-designed line and space. One of four core design courses exploring aptitude for a career in design.
