Students will gain knowledge of training and conditioning principles, nutrition, mental health, and gospel principles that will help them maintain optimum health, preventing injury.
Conditioning Program Participation
Students will increase their overall fitness, explosiveness and athleticism.
Body, Mind, Spirit Connectivity
Students will increase their physical aptitude and gain a working knowledge of mindfulness, nutrition and spiritual practices to thrive as balanced artists in careers centered in dance.
