Course Description

Examination of multiculturalism from a psychological perspective, with a focus on the impact of culture on psychological theory, research, and practice. Particular attention will be given to the sociocultural and psychological analyses of four ethnic minority groups in the United States: American Indians, Asian Americans, African Americans and Hispanics/Latina/os.
