Learning Outcome

Students will learn the foundational principles of genetic genealogy and how to plan which test(s) to use to address a research question. Students will be able to apply the appropriate methodology to address a genetic genealogy problem and will be able to select and use the relevant tools. Students will be able to integrate DNA evidence into their genealogical problem solving and follow industry standards.
