Learning Outcome

Students will gain a broad understanding of the evolution of illustration, or narrative image making, throughout recorded history, including its purposeful creation, methods of creation and reproduction, and its cultural impacts.  Through additional research and writing, students will add to the course materials to contribute new insight and thought in the analysis of narrative image making.
