Learning Outcome

Graduates will demonstrate how to apply sociological perspectives. This course will have a particular focus on the application of a sociological perspective in real world settings. Additional, students will learn how apply their learning toward professional goals.

Students will develop effective communication and presentation skills. Specifically, students will learn how to communicate their skillsets and professional goals to diverse audiences, including both academic and non-academic stakeholders, through written reports, presentations, and engaging public discussions.
