Course Description
Teaching Assistants will be prepared with the skills and knowledge necessary to mentor the students they serve. Students will develop a greater understanding of how to facilitate learning by exploring learning theories and instructional practices.

Students will be able to compare theories of behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism and apply principles from these learning theories to support teaching and learning in their role as teaching assistants.
