Emotional Intelligence for Experience Designers
Course Description
The components of emotional intelligence are key to becoming effective experience designers and managers. This course will use Deliberative Dialogues as a modality to help students develop and practice empathy, self-awareness, self-regulation, and social skills (specifically positive communication and civil discourse skills).
