Supply Chain Skills

Learning Outcome

Students will be able to use commonly accepted frameworks and tools to analyze supply chain situations. Students will be able to evaluate opportunities for process improvement, efficiency improvement, effectiveness improvement and integration Students will be able to create rationale solutions for identified opportunities. Students will understand inventory management principles, operations management principles, supplier management principles, TQM principles, transportation management principles, service-operation-management principles, and warehousing principles.
